If you are dealing with Mind Chatter, Anxiousness, low motivation, upset and emotionally burden -  this is for you.


‘Mindfulness in Action’ is a 6 week class where you learning strategies on managing emotional stress, mind chatter and uncomfortable body sensations.

  • You will come to understand the mind and emotions.

  • Understand emotions such as grief, guilt and anger

  • Gain tools on building presence and mind power.

  • Gain the confidence in yourself on how to manage your thoughts and emotional flare ups on a day to day basis.

  • You will learn simple and practical tools to enhance your mental emotional wellness.
