Mastering The Relationship With Self Series

A series of six weekly sessions that consist of three modules:

The Mind & Awareness

This module introduces the foundations of meditation through the use of various techniques. Establish a solid base and confidence in your personal practice.

Practices include techniques to develop concentration & mindfulness, tranquility and Samadhi meditation, Mantra chanting, self-healing and contemplation.

Expanding The Mind

Bypass your own mental gymnastics and go beyond beliefs that create your story.

This module focuses on group discussions, authentic sharing, and meditation.
Create an expanded awareness of new perspectives and clear any resistance to greater joy.

Living Fully & Joyfully

Being truly connected with the rise and fall of the breath determines the pace of our journey.  

Relax the senses, relinquish any conscious direction, and become willing to be in the moment. In the stillness we will find guidance.

This module opens the door to connecting with higher levels of the mind. Here we will experience the unlimited part of our being.
